The Bow skyscraper in Calgary is a 236 metre (774 ft) tall building in downtown Calgary, Alberta. It is the second tallest building in Calgary. The Bow has a unique shape – it is curved or bowed, hence its name. It is a bit of a play on words as The Bow is also the name of one of the major rivers flowing through Calgary. The Bow skyscraper is grey-blue and has criss-crossing supports on its façade which were the inspiration for this criss-cross textured lace cowl.
