A warm, cozy fingerless mitt, designed for fun! A run of linked chains (bow ties) covers the back of the hand, with single crochet ridges across the palm.

This is my 10th crochet fingerless mitt pattern! To celebrate, this pattern will be available as a free download. I hope you enjoy making these mitts!

Mitts measure approximately 21cm from cuff to fingertip edge and will fit hand 19-21cm (measured across the palm).

These mitts are quite stretchy and will fit most hands. If you would like a tighter or looser fitting mitt, you can easily customise the fit by adding or reducing the number of starting stitches and adding or deducting the difference from the number of stitches across the palm of the hand.

This pattern is designed for a light worsted weight yarn (200-225m/100g) and is well suited for all wool and acrylic fibres.
