Easy pattern for a bowl/bowl cozy worked in single crochet and post sts with 2strands of yarn held together throughout.
For gauge I measured the beginning sc circle, which is 4” in diam after the first 5 rounds using I hook. If you tend to be a loose crocheter, use the H hook instead.
This makes a nice, sturdy bowl able to be used on its own as well as using as a cozy.
Make them up for holiday tables/decor in fall colors, Christmas, etc.
Encore yarn has almost 200 yds/skein and held together you will have some left over.
