Bowtruckle
Quiet and discreet, these tree guardians are peaceful in their home trees, but threaten them or take from their homes and you’ll have a fight on your hands. If the Lorax had been as fierce as a Bowtruckle when the Truffula trees were threatened, we’d be staring out at pink, orange, and yellow forests.
Finished Measurement:
Unisex - Will fit head 20-22”
Yarn Requirements:
Approximately 295 - 320 yards of fingering weight yarn.
Tonal, semi-solid yarns will work best.
Shown in Supernatural Yarns Nymph Sock
(400 yards/100grams, 80% super wash Merino, 20% Nylon: Remus Lupin).
Recommended Needles:
Size 2 (2.75mm) 16” circular and a set of double pointed needles (DPNs) in the same size.
Please check your gauge and adjust needle size accordingly.
Supplies:
Removable stitch marker, cable needle, and a tapestry needle for weaving in ends. Row counter may be helpful.
Gauge:
Approximately 36 sts/48 rows = 4” (10 cm) in repeat pattern in the round.
