This cool boy sweater has a beautiful texture on the front and on the shawl collar. It can be made in 5 sizes and is made with basic stitches, but also with the Alpine stitch for the textured parts.
I have added detailed instructions with photos in the pattern on how to crochet this Alpine stitch.
The front and the back of the sweater are worked separately. Then we crochet 2 sleeves and the shawl collar. We close the shoulders seams and sew or crochet the shawl collar and the sleeves to the sweater and close the sides of the sweater.

You need:
● Yarn with yarn weight DK (I have used Scheepjes Softfun (orange/brown sweater) or Lana Grossa Soft Cotton (blue and gray sweater))
● Depending on the size you need between 918 and 1600 yards or between 840 and 1460 meters of yarn (6 - 11 skeins of yarn)
● Hook F 6 / 8 (= 4 mm)
