Bozeman Jacket
by Cirilia Rose
On a recent drive from Providence, Rhode Island, to Seattle, Washington, I passed through Montana and fell in love with the wide-open craggy landscape. i fell for Montana even more when I stumbled across the Montana Woolen Shop. It was full of vintage coats and Shetland sweaters. This enveloping jacket is inspired by some of the warm and oversized garments I discovered there. A heavy coat with abbreviated sleeves might seem counterintuitive, but a little flash of skin lightens the overall look, and deep pockets provide an instant solution to any sudden chills.
