The name of the bracelet comes from the pianist György Cziffra that needed a leather bracelet to play the piano.
This wristwarmer can be used as a mug cosy et was made for a hurted wrist (mine) by an ironing board (mine, too).
It is knitted in garter stitch with an icord border. The swatch is optionnal and you can choose any yarn taht can be knitted with 3.5 mm needles.
The pattern also provides a drawing with the measurement.

Le nom du bracelet vient du pianiste György Cziffra qui portait toujours un bracelet de cuir pour soutenir son poignet quand il jouait du piano, séquelles de son passé dans son pays natal. Ce bracelet, qui peut aussi bien servir de couvre-tasse, a été conçu pour maintenir et protéger un poignet contusionné (le mien) par une table à repasser (la mienne, également).
Il est tricoté au point mousse avec un bord rouloté, est réglable, facile et rapide à faire et réclame moins de 20 grammes de fil à tricoter (n’importe quel fil pourvu qu’il s’accorde avec les aiguilles).
Les explications comportent aussi un schéma coté et l’échantillon est vraiment facultatif.
