Bracklinn Falls
Taking design cues from Fair Isle and Nordic colourwork, Carol Meldrum has created this boxy top. It’s knitted in two pieces, with garter stitch trims at the neck and armholes, and a stocking stitch lower hem in a contrasting shade. The central snowflake-patterned panel is framed by borders using a different colourwork pattern, and sections of two-colour lice stitch; each section is separated by garter stitch welts in different colours. Carol has used a 4ply Shetland wool from Jamieson & Smith.
