This headband features a braided cable center design with a cabled edging.

Gauge is not too important with this pattern. You will use less than half a skein of yarn (yarn used is Hobby Lobby’s I Love This Yarn).

The finished headband measures 21 inches, with a couple of inches of stretch. It will fit standard adult heads.

The pattern is worked in an 8-step repeat. The ends can be sewn together or grafted with Kitchener stitch for an invisible seam.

You will need US size 7 needles (straight or double pointed), scissors, waste yarn, and a tapestry needle.
