Twisted rib cowl made with a braid. I used Megaball Aran (aran weight) with size 6mm knitting needles but it can be scaled up or down by changing the yarn weight, needle size or number of stitches if desired. Other than needles you also need stitch holders or some waste yarn to hold stitches that are not currently being worked and equipment for blocking.
Intermediate pattern as it can be a bit awkward dividing the work for the braid but the stitches themselves aren’t difficult. Need to be able to block the work before making up and weave in ends.
