I love to weave. The patterns can be so visually intricate, yet so very easy to weave. It’s these techniques that have inspired my braided twill cowl. Mosiac knitting is perfect for fancy patterning, without making it “fussy” to knit. You will work with only one color at a time as you create this beautiful woven inspired design.

Model was knit in Sprout from The Fiber Seed

  • Light - 140 yards (shown in Celeste)
  • Dark - 240 yards (shown in Chocolate)

19 stitch markers - one should be a different color to mark begin of round.

Gauge swatch should be done in garter stitch, but be sure to check gauge again in pattern (6 sts x 16 rows = 1”) once you begin working mosiac stitch.
