Bramble is an unconventional but versatile shaped shawl worked in one and two colour brioche. Its construction begins with two ‘wings’, each knit from the tip in two colour brioche with icord edge.
The wings are then joined to form a rectangular panel, the texture of which is designed to evoke the light through wild bramble branches, transitioning into the dark undergrowth in the final one colour brioche section. Berry-like bobbles punctuate the cast off edge.
