This bramble is made of stranded cables with chickadees, titmice, nuthatches, and wrens peeking between the tangled branches. This hat combines stranded knitting with cabling, a technique which is not as hard as it looks and gives stunning results. Knit out of fingering weight, the combination of stranding and cables makes this hat perfect for keeping warm on chilly fall days.
