I chose this dark rich purple shade for this pretty and cosy triangular crochet shawl to make in 4ply yarn. This patterns grows quickly and would suit a confident beginner to crochet. I’ve added a decorative insert in a contrasting yarn and stitch and a pretty edging in the contrasting yarn.

The finished shawl is triangular and measures 132cm x 42cm
It would make a lovely summer shawl and would be a very special addition to prom dresses.
