This vest gets its name from the pattern the chain spaces create as they wind their way up from the central flower.

Unlike most patterns, this pattern’s sizes are determined by the size of the armhole. (S - 15”, M - 20”, or L - 25” around)

If you look closely at the profile picture on the 6 yr old mannequin, you will see that the armhole is way too large for her but the vest fits her in all other aspects.

At the same time, you can see that the vest fits the larger model (myself) just fine.
