Pattern Info
Sizing
medium (large): 60” across by 26” in length (68” by 30”). Finished size will vary depending upon gauge, yarn and needle choices, and how aggressively the lace is blocked.
Materials
600 (800) yds lace weight yarn
samples shown in SweetGeorgia Wool/Silk Lace in ‘cypress’, and Plymouth Ecco Cashmere in ‘natural / undyed’
Shawl can also be knit in heavier yarns; yardage requirements will vary.
Gauge
26 sts / 4” in stockinette stitch
Needles:
US #5 / 3.75mm or as required to meet gauge. 24” minimum circular needles
