A really simple, quick beanie with a wide brim and mock cable stitch pattern.

The rib brim and cable pattern make this hat very stretchy, and it is easily adjusted by adding extra stitches (multiples of 5sts for cable section) or pattern repeats.

Can be worn with the brim turned up as much as you like, or not at all for a slouchy look.

It matches my Braveheart fingerless mitts which is also available as a free pattern. Both knit up really quickly and are good for a last minute gift.
