The size of your bag will depend on the size of chosen yarn and hook. To make a 13x13x3cm Bread Toast Bag, I use a 3.5mm hook to crochet 2 strands of 4-ply yarn together.

The pattern is well-written in English and US crochet terminology. Simple and easy yet super adorable design to make. You will totally be satisfied with the finished item.
