This is a pattern for a breakdancing kangaroo inspired by the events of the Paris Olympics. She is about 5 inches tall, and uses a relatively small amount of yarn to make. Almost the entire pattern is comprised of chains, and Single Crochet. So it is a perfect pattern for beginners. There are pipe cleaners used in the arms and legs which make the entire kangaroo posable. SO MUCH FUN TO MAKE!
