I designed the Breakfast Beanie to bring back a little of the fun of being a kid. It is inspired by my love of childhood breakfasts and toaster pastries dotted with bright colors and an overload of sweetness! Knit in dk weight yarn, this beanie is a quick knit and uses simple knits and purls. Perfect for a beginner! I chose a golden color for the brim which reminded me of pastry, and fun, speckled yarn for the body like sweet icing. Top it with a pompom and you are ready to eat marshmallows and donuts first thing in the morning!

Supplies Needed:

• US Size 8 - 16” circulars AND double pointed needles for decreases at top of hat

• Color 1 Brim - 0.4 oz (12grams) dk yarn (29 yards)
• Color 2 Body - 1.5 oz (43 grams) dk yarn (112 yards)
• Color 3 Pompom - 0.7 oz (20 grams) dk yarn (45 yards)

• 1 regular stitch marker and 1 removable stitch marker
