Breckon Wick Cowl
My first design, Breckon Wick, reminds me of a shell covered beach along the open water. I designed the cowl to be knit in the round with two stitch patterns and measures approximately 20 inches in circumference and 9 inches in height. It is knit to be worn close to the neck.
The pattern consists of both charts and written instructions. I consider Breckon Wick to be for advanced beginner/intermediate knitters due to the following properties of the pattern: knitting in the round, lace cast on and lace bind off, decreases, basic lace and dropped stitches.
