The Breezy summer top light is a lighter version of the original «Breezy summer top» and is worked with single thread. The top has a rather short fit. The idea is that the top can be worn over dresses on warm summer days to cover the shoulders or with high-cut skirts and trousers. It is worked bottom up, with slits at both sides and is slightly longer at the back. You pick up stitches at the armhole openings for very short sleeves. If you prefer a longer shirt, simply add a couple of centimetres.
