MATERIALS. — 10 oz. Ladybird knitting wool, or Dunorn knitting wool. Two No. 7 and two No. 9 Beehive knitting needles, and four No. 7 Beehive knitting needles, with points at both ends, measured by the Beehive gauge. Two Beehive stitch-holders.
MEASUREMENTS. — Length from top of shoulder 17 in. Width all round at under-arm 33 in. Length of sleeve from under-arm 16 in.
TENSION. — To get these measurements it is absolutely necessary to work at a tension to produce 1 pattern (5 stitches) to 1 inch in width.
