Materials and tools

1. Wool yarn 170m/50 g (sport weight yarn)
2. Hook 1,75 mm for the body (US 4 size)
3. Hook 3 mm for the hat (US D size)
4. Polyester toy filling
5. Long needle for sewing
6. Safety eyes size 8 mm

You may use any yarn and hook size, only the size and quality of the toy will change.

Abbreviations
In this pattern we use US crochet terminology.
MR - magic ring
sc - single crochet
sl st - slip stitch
CH - chain
hdc - half double crochet
dc - double crochet
tr - treble crochet
inc - increase (2 sc in the same stitch)
dec - decrease (2 sc together)
dc inc - double crochet increase (2 dc in the same stitch)
tr inc - treble crochet increase (2 tr in the same stitch)
3-dc-bobble – bobble stitch (3 double crochet stitches are worked in one stitch until they are closed together at the end - 3dctog or 3dc cluster)
(..)repeat N times - repeat instruction in brackets N times
(08) - total number of stitches in a round
