Breve Cowl
by Cirilia Rose
The simple lace stitch forms a stretchy net of intersecting diagonal lines and a slipped-stitch edge looks neat and encourages a graceful drape. Rowan Denim yarn slowly fades with each wash, just as real dungarees do.
The gently shifting shades of Noro Silk Garden resemble a favorite plaid shirt, worn and comfortable, with unexpected color combinations. If you substitute a lighter shade of yarn, be sure to wash the denim portion before joining the second yarn to test for colorfastness, as the indigo-dyed Denim can bleed.
