2021 Harry Potter inspired advent socks.

Each day starting December 1st a clue/prompt will be released in the Slytherin Sock Syndicate thread.

Starting with 24 rows on the first day of December we will be counting down the days to 1 row on Christmas Eve.

Do not use the Two at a Time method, instead please use two sets of needles. You’ll be working on the socks on alternate days, for example, day 1 on sock A, day 2 on sock B.

The socks can be worked either toe up or cuff down depending on personal preference. Instructions are given for both.

You will need 8-10 grams of yarn for the largest stripe. If you are doing a large colourwork section, you will need 8-10 grams of each colour.
