“Brianna”

This shawl/scarf has been designed based around a stock style scarf that would have been worn in the 1800s similar in style to the one seen here worn by Brianna in Outlander.

It’s been created as part of an Outlander knit along and I’ve made it in both DK weight and sock/fingering weight for flexibility and choice to your making and wearing.

The pattern contains directions for both options.

The stitches used make the piece completely reversible.

I have added the gauge here, for Dk 10sts x 12 rows over 5cm of the tail stitch pattern. For 4 ply 13sts x 15 rows over 5cm of the tail stitch pattern.
