How this pattern came to be. My daughter came to me and requested that I make her a knitted wristband. I had many questions, but her answers were vague. She knew what she wanted, but not being a knitter she couldn’t really communicate her wishes to me in my language. My design, however, turned out to be just perfect. How often does that happen? I chose entrelac for the wristband thinking it would give just the right amount of dimension and interest to satisfy even the most difficult to please wearer or knitter.
