Briar was inspired by chilly mornings, hikes in the woods and brisk autumn nights around the fire. Tailored to fit chest sizes ranging from 30 to 62”, Briar is a drop-shoulder, half zip hoodie that’s simple to knit and equipped with all the essentials for outdoor adventures.

This design is worked from the bottom up predominantly in stockinette and reverse stockinette stitch, allowing for the easy incorporation of thumbholes, a kangaroo pocket, and a spacious hood. For a different closure option, toggle buttons can be substituted for a zipper.
