These warm fingerless gloves are made with a corrugated rib stitch and mosaic knitting, a fun colorwork technique where you only use one color at a time and slip stitches.

Instructions are written, ribbing and mosaic patterns are both charted and written.

Skill level: easy.

Techniques: knit/purl in the round and flat, mosaic knitting, corrugated ribbing, picking up stitches.

Yarn: 100 yards of color A and color B in worsted weight yarn. The sample was made in Cascade 220 superwash. Yellow is color A and turquoise color B.

Gauge / size:
Size small / medium: 22 stitches and 28 rows = 4” (10cm) in stockinette (US 7/4.5 mm needles)
Size medium / large: 20 stitches x 26 rows = 4” (10 cm) in stockinette (US 8 / 5 mm needles)

Tools: Size US 7 / 4.5 mm (S/M) or US 8 / 5 mm (M/L) double pointed needles (or 1 long circular needle if you prefer magic loop) or size to get gauge; tapestry needle; scissors.
