The Bridget Sweater is a simply constructed drop shoulder sweater, worked in the round from the bottom up, then separated at the armholes and worked flat for the top portion of the front and back. The sleeves and collar are picked up and worked in the round, and the shoulders are attached with a 3 needle bind off. Knit and purl stitches are combined in a simple pattern repeat to create a cozy texture. The pattern is designed to be worn with 6 to 8 inches of positive ease.
