This a pattern for a pair of socks that is knit from the top (cuff) down on two circular needles, with an optional 12-inch needle. The socks themselves are created using Alpine Cable stitches, so that cable knitters will love them. Alpine cables differ from Aran cables in that they are cabled every round, and most of the knit stitches are knit through the back loop. The cables will add both a little warmth and durability to the socks, as well as show off your knitting prowess.

The focal stitch is both written out and charted.

The directions are written for all three sizes: Small, Medium, Medium - Large and Large - XL, and are sized by gauge, so please change yarn to coordinate with needle change is you make a large size.

Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a basic knowledge of knitting and cabling, and some sock knitting experience ).

The yarn used to make the sample pair is Handmaiden’s Prosecco yarn, in colorway, Mulberry.

The sample was expertly test knitted by Mesha McCullen who can be contacted at meshamcmullen@outlook.com.

The pattern is for sale right here on Ravelry and in my Etsy shop in the Cabled Sock Section (https://www.etsy.com/shop/WearableArtEmporium?section_id=...
