Finished product, when done in worsted weight with a 4mm hook roughly 16” tall

This is made with as little sewing as possible, made from the bottom up as one complete piece, only the wings have to be sewn on

I used 27mm eyes on the ones pictured here, but any size will do! It all depends on your own aesthetic

This pattern is an intermediate pattern, to complete it you will need a general knowledge of basic crochet stitches, single crochet, double crochet, half double crochet, slip stitch, chain stitch, triple crochet, increasing, decreasing, and working on the round. There is no gauge for this as it is a stuffed animal and not really needed, a different hook or yarn size will simply change the size of your completed item, but not the look.

Uses a 4mm G hook and a 2.75mm hook
