The Brigitte Shawl is designed as a triangular shawl with simple slip-stitch colorwork. The slip-stitch allows for adventurous beginner knitters to experiment with colorwork using an easy to master technique. The sample is knit in Light Beige (MC) and Rust (CC) from Drops Lima, however you can use tonal hand-dyed yarn for a more unique result. You can even use a light coloured speckled yarn for the MC with a high contrast darker tonal for CC. Any pattern is a canvas for you to express your creativity!
