This women’s sweater vest is made sideways, from the bottom up and you can customize it by making your own unique design: cropped or longer, fit or oversized, with lacing-up or sewing sides…The mesh pattern uses increasing and decreasing stitches in 2 color brioche knitting technique and gives a very elastic fabric. You have a written pattern (in English), row by row, stitch by stitch, chart and photo & video tutorials for important stitches.
This pattern can also be adjusted to children’s sizes.

You need:
1. Skills: Advanced beginner / Intermediate 2 color brioche knitting knowledge;
2. Needles:
* a set of (circular) needles in size US 7/4,5mm with minimum 24”/ 60 cm cable length (don’t knit too loosely);
3. Yarn: shown vest in size M / L for chest circumference 92-102cm/36,8”-40,8” (model is 94cm/37,6”) is made with:
* MC yarn: approx.1 2/3 balls of fingering weight yarn, budget friendly Alize Superlana klasik
(100gr/307yds~280m) in gray 21, in total 511yds/ 467m. For XXL/XXXL you need at least 3 balls of similar yarn;
* CC yarn: approx. 4/5 balls of lace weight yarn with lame – Alize Simli Sal (100gr/503yds~460m) in gray 358,
in total 403yds/368m. For XXL and XXXL you need at least 2 balls of similar yarn.
*** You can also use DK weight yarn or combine DK with thinner yarns.

Finished measurements of the shown vest (the model is 70,4”/176cm tall):
back length: 29,6”/ 74cm; front length: 22,8”/ 57cm; shoulder width: 25,6”/ 64cm;
