Brioche Swirls
by Joan Hughes
If you ever knit a project and ended up liking the “wrong side” more than the “right side”, you will understand how I feel about how the Fiber Seed’s Sprout Sock worked up in this design. The half speckled dye method of the “It’s My Party” created waves on the “wrong side” that is spectacular.
Loving both brioche and cables, these reversible cables were a joy to create and knit up. The pattern contains both written and charted instructions. The ample skeins of yarn allow you to make the scarf as long as you wish.
I included gauge information, but it is not critical for the project. However, it will have an impact on how the half speckle pools on the “wrong side”.
