Britt Poncho
Britt Poncho is a quick-knit poncho with a small rib detail around the neck and a button decoration. Britt is knit entirely in the round, so no seaming is necessary.
This design uses two of my favorite yarns combined to make it a quick knit, but you can easily grab any yarn in your stash that’ll give you gauge.
It will quickly become your go-to garment when the weather’s still a bit unsteady and you need something to throw on when it cools down and take off when the sun comes through again.
Material:
US 11 - 8.0mm and US 13 - 9.00 circular needles in various lenghts.
You’ll need between 450 - 550 yd (400-500 m) – of your own choice of any of these:
•Sport/5 ply weight yarn with worsted/10 ply yarn to get the same effect. Knit with one strand of each yarn held together.
•Bulky/12 ply weight yarn that’ll give you the right gauge.
