Convertible fingerless gloves with a mitten top that flips down over the fingers.

Note from Knitty.com: Janis spun the yarn for this project herself. She suggests 6-ply Regia as an alternate.

The Famed “Reverse for the Right-Hand Glove” Admonishment: Okay, so I didn’t realize that not everyone could mirror-image in their heads when I wrote that pattern. Mea culpa. Anyhow, the only thing that’s really different in these things for the right-hand glove is the thumb gusset. Everything else is just a tube with ribbing. So you know how you went up to the END of needle 2, purled the next-to-the-last stitch, then tucked the gusset increases immediately AFTER that every other round? Well, now you’ll be purling the second stitch on needle 3, and tucking your gusset increases immediately BEFORE that every other round. That’s pretty much it.
