Broad Strokes is a very fun Shawl! You can be classic or spicy, there are endless color options. I have broken this entire piece up into very manageable Sections. Each diagram at the top of each page, corresponds to the Sections worked on that page, and each Section has its very own diagram. Make sure you read through each Section before you begin working it, I have left many tips along the way. Also, there is a separate file with coloring pages to help you plan your Shawl out. If you find something other than what is written, that gives you the same result, please use it. If you do change anything, make a note for future Sections. I have photos of every step of the way, so if you
need help please don’t hesitate to reach out.

MATERIALS:
(5) Full 400yd Skeins, Fingering Weight
(2) US Size 5 (3.75mm) Needles
(3) Stitch Markers
Measuring tape (to help with blocking)

SIZE:
Un-Blocked-
57” Long x 21” Wide
Blocked-
83” Long x 25” Wide

GAUGE:
8 Rows, 5 Stitches per inch (un-blocked stockinette)
-Gauge is only important to estimate how much yarn you will need.
