Broadband is an airy, top-down scarf / small shawl featuring large bands of stockinette and reverse stockinette stitches. The finished shape is an asymmetric triangle with two bottom points (please see diagram). Sample scarf knit in DK weight cotton yarn and shown on US size 12 dress form. Blocking is required and instructions are included. For best results use DK weight yarns with 4.50mm, or larger needles if necessary to obtain a light, gauzy fabric. Enjoy!

Note: the neck edge is not straight across, it points out a bit in the middle. See some of the project photos.

Materials needed:
650 meters DK weight yarn
4.50mm (US7 / UK7)
stitch markers

Size (after blocking):
68 inches across top edge
21 inches deep
