The instructions use simple stitches and American terminology.

Supplies needed:
about 1 oz. (1/2 ball) worsted weight cotton yarn
equal length of size 10 crochet cotton (optional)
size G-6 (4.0 mm) crochet hook
yarn needle or smaller size hook for weaving in ends
size markers or scraps of yarn
