This pattern is for a unique rib style beanie and gloves. This style of rib is very easy to knit, requiring only knit and purl stitches to create the pattern.

The beanie sizing is intended for an average womans head circumference of 21” to 23”/ 53.5cm to 58.5cm. The gloves are also for the average womans hand size.

Beanie requires 2 balls of yarn. Gloves require 1 ball of yarn.

Note If you don’t want to add a pompom to the beanie then you will only need 1 ball of yarn to create the hat.

Yarns that can be used with this pattern: Stylecraft Special Chunky, Paintbox Yarns Simply Chunky, Cascade 128 Superwash or James C Brett Merino with Chunky.
