This easy buttoned cowl is comfy and warm, and also a quick, stress busting project.

It was the result of a late night getting over a nasty incident where someone made some ignorant comments about my relative and her use of a wheelchair.

Sick of people belittling and dehumanising this relative, who cannot argue back due to aphasia (a communication difficulty following stroke), I thought I’d dedicate this pattern to her, and include a link to the Stroke Association, in the hope people will learn a little something as well as make a lovely cowl :-)
