Bronntanas
This pattern is also available as part of Knitworthy. For more information click here.
Everyone needs a cosy, slouchy beanie. Bronntanas features a very simple honeycomb cable pattern on a garter stitch background that highlights subtle hand dyed yarns beautifully. Cables and slipped stitches create a three dimensional pattern with shadowed areas that make it look much more complicated than it really is. The vast majority of rounds are simply knit or purl, perfect for last minute gifts or movie watching. The hat is worked in the round from the bottom up and given in four sizes to fit children and adults.
Finished circumference
16[18, 20, 22]” / 40[45, 50, 55]cm and 7.5[9]” / 19[22.5]cm long.
Shown in the adult medium with 2” of negative ease for a loose, slouchy fit. The smallest size is sized shorter for children, for a less slouchy adult hat work the number of repeats given for this size.
