Brooklyn Dream: Knitted with worsted yarn, this unisex top-down cardigan has a nice vintage look.
Easy to knit, only 1 colour to handle at a time, it is a versatile pattern.

Body is knitted flat and sleeves are knitted in the round. Seamless! Stitches are then picked up to knit the rib edges.
Instructions are given for 1 main colour (MC) and 1 contrast colour (CC) but you can use as many colours as you wish.

The cardigan comes in 8 sizes :
Newborn (3-6 mo, 1 yo, 2 yo, 3-4 yo, 5-6 yo, 7-8 yo, 9-10 yo)

Your size’s choice should be based on finished chest measurements as you can shorten/lengthen body and sleeves length if needed. Age label is just there to give a reference.

Materials
• MC: 175 (225, 275, 350, 375, 550, 600, 700) yards of worsted weight yarn or any other yarn that gives gauge
• CC: 30 (40, 45, 50, 80, 90, 130, 170) yards of worsted weight yarn or any other yarn that gives gauge
• 16’’ circular needle and double pointed needles (DPNs) US # 6 & 7 (4 & 4.5 mm) or any size required to obtain the stockinette stitch gauge
• Other : 4 stitch marker, 2 stitch holders or scrap yarn, 6 (6, 6, 7, 7, 8, 8, 8) 1’’ buttons
