Description: Called “jiffy lace” for a reason, you’ll quickly find that broomstick lace is a fast and fun new project! You can use the techniques learned in this class for a scarf, shawl, or throw. Don’t let broomstick lace scare you anymore! Students will learn all tlhe tips and tricks to make their own special project whether they choose to do a scarf, shawl, or throw.

Supplies Needed:

Caron Simply Soft yarn recommended or a comparable soft worsted weight, 1 skein for scarf, 2 or 3 skeins for shawl, and 5 or 6 skeins for throw.

G crochet hook

Small yarn needle

Size 50 broomstick lace pin; size 50 knitting needle can also be used
