The squish on the nose of this hat is irresistible. You may decide to fill it with soft toy stuffing, but for me the soft nose suggests cuddles and comfort – that is, until it gets wet. The shaping on this hat is unusual. To make this hat bigger, add half the extra stitches to the front panel and half to the back panel.

Yarn:
1 ball of brown
A short length or scrap of chunky-weight black yarn
Short lengths of tapestry wool or scraps of yarn: dark brown; white; black.
