The Brown County Brioche Cowl is intended as a project to introduce knitters to brioche knitting. Though brioche looks similar to ribbing from a distance, it actuallycreates a much loftier fabric. Brioche uses an alternating pattern of slipped stitch witha companion yarn over and knit stitches.
