You could wear it all year round. It is sized for babies, toddlers, children and adults.
Its super stretchy and ever better its super simple. Even a beginner just starting to knit can knit this hat!

Its knit in a worsted weight yarn, knitted flat.
Using US 6 and US 8 needles. It is sized from 0-6 months all the
way up to adult large/x-large.
