Brynley is a cuddly Brown Bear who would make a lovely addition to any child’s teddy collection.

He is made with Caron simply soft Tweeds shades Taupe and Bone and Stylecraft special DK shade duck egg. Lastly a small amount of black dk yarn is needed for his nose and mouth.

He is worked FLAT on 3.5 mm needles and is seemed at the back. Some assembly is required. This is a pattern for people who prefer to knit flat pieces rather than in the round.

I have used 12mm safety eyes and he measures 36cm tall and 15cm wide.

To complete Brynley you will need a knowledge of simple increases, decreases and colour changes. This pattern would be suitable a for beginner.
